What we collect, what we do with it, and what you are agreeing to when you join. Written to be read.
Privacy
The short version: we collect what is needed to run a membership and nothing else, and we do not sell any of it.
What we hold
Your name, email address, payment status and what you have watched. Film you upload for analysis is held for as long as your membership runs and deleted on request.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider handles card details; we never hold them. Nobody else receives your data, and there is no advertising network in any of this.
Getting it back or deleted
Email us and you will get an export, or a deletion, within thirty days. Deletion ends a membership, because the two cannot be separated.
Cookies
Sign-in and preferences. Analytics are aggregate and carry no identifier we could tie back to you.
Terms
Membership, refunds and what the material may be used for.
Membership
Every tier is month to month and renews until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
If the first month was not worth it, say so within thirty days and it is refunded. After that, cancel and the next payment will not be taken.
Using the material
A membership is for one person. Coaching your own players from what you have learned is expected and encouraged; redistributing the videos is not, and certification exists for coaches who want to teach it formally.
Injury and risk
This is physical training and it carries the ordinary risks of physical training. If you have an injury or a medical condition, speak to a professional who can examine you — a video course cannot.
