I want to cancel my membership.
Sign in and cancel from your own membership page — it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not need to email anyone.
My payment failed.
Access continues while we retry. You will get an email telling you what happened and by when it needs fixing, and it is almost always an expired card.
Can you look at my film?
