About this course

A hard shot is a well-ordered shot. The flex in the stick is stored by the ground, transmitted through the hips, and released last by the hands — and almost everybody learns it in reverse, which caps power and telegraphs the release.

This course fixes the order, then makes it repeatable off both feet, in stride, and under pressure.
