About this course

Fast hands are the least important part of puck control. Posture decides your reach, eye position decides what you can see, and deception decides whether the defender commits.

This course spends more time on where your elbows and eyes are than on how quickly you can move a puck side to side — and the result is a player who keeps the puck under pressure rather than one who looks good doing drills alone.
