About this course

You cannot recoil through a hip that does not extend or an ankle that does not give. This programme builds the range first, then the stiffness, then the rate — in that order, because doing it in any other one produces a player who is strong and slow.

Weeks one to six need a floor and a wall. Weeks seven to twelve want a gym but adapt without one.

No gym needed for the first six weeks, as promised

A floor and a wall, exactly as described. I did the whole range block in a hotel room while travelling for work.

Twelve weeks and my ankles finally give

I skipped ahead to the rate work in week two and got nothing out of it. Went back and did it in order and the difference by week eight was real. The order is not a suggestion.
